As the weather begins to look more like winter, it's easier to believe the New Year is right around the corner and for many that means it's time to think about registering for school next fall. In an effort to help families learn more about the school, St. John Vianney Catholic School is hosting an Open House for four-year-old kindergarten through second grade on Friday, January 4th and Monday, January 7th. The school offers K4 through eighth grade but these two Open Houses will feature information specific to K4-2nd grade.

On Friday, January 4th, the Open House will be from 9:30am until 10:30am and on Monday, January 7th, the Open House will be from 6pm until 7pm. Both Open Houses will be held in the K4 classroom, which is located just inside the main Parish Center doors.

Guests are invited to sign-in during a 15 minute reception that will kick-off each event. The reception will be followed with a presentation by the K4, K5, 1st and 2nd grade teachers and Principal Pam Pyzyk. Tours of the school will be provided and child-care is available to help entertain the children and give parents a chance to talk with the teachers.

Some families may be evaluating area schools for the first time and St. John Vianney Catholic School is proud to share its educational and spiritual goals for its students and warmly welcomes all interested families to learn more about their programs and community.

The school and parish are located at 1755 N Calhoun Road in Brookfield. Interested families can register for the Open House on-site at the beginning of each event, or call 262-796-3942, or email  Walk-ins are welcome. In the event a family cannot attend either Open House but would like to learn more about the school, please contact the school at the above phone number or email to schedule a tour or to have questions answered.
