RNC chairmanship: Who do you want?

2012, Conservatives, Elections, Politics

Michael Steele Newt Gingrich? Newt seems to have lost his nerve. Sitting on the couch with Nancy Pelosi must have that affect?

Michael Steele, Sarah Palin 2012 anyone?

Michael Steele has been described as Reganeske. He has that wonderful ability to explain the complicated in simple, easy to understand terms. Those characteristics are exactly what the Republican party needs right now.

Newt runs hot and cold. I liked his Drill Here idea. But despite the vast majority of Americans wanting to drill for oil domestically, his Drill Here petition lacked backing. While he is often a good source of conservative ideas, I think his time has passed to be a leader of the conservative movement. Plus his personal life is a stumbling block.

I'm calling the RNC.
