1A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, driving while suspended and refusal to take a breath test after she was seen driving on four flat tires in the 3400 block of W. Bradley Road at 1:05 a.m. April 21. The woman, who said she had "one beer," had a preliminary BAC of 0.199.
2A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at Bank Mutual, 4801 W. Brown Deer Road at 4:15 p.m. April 21. The man became angry and threw paper inside the bank because of an argument regarding a fee charged to his account.
3A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, driving while suspended, failure to have insurance, a warrant for possession of marijuana and speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 7800 block of N. Sherman Blvd. at 1:20 p.m. April 22. The man had nine tie-off baggies holding 6.65 grams of marijuana and over $250.
· Two residents reported that their IDs including social security numbers were used to file fraudulent federal taxes April 22 and 28.
4A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of $20 taken from a purse belonging to a caregiver in the 4100 block of W. Bradley Road at noon April 23.
5Two girls, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft after taking clothing valued at $465 from Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road at 3 p.m. April 23. The girls fled with the clothing but were stopped in the parking lot.
6A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft after he took a comforter valued at $125 from a display and then went to the return window attempting to return it at Kohl's. 9060 N. Green Bay Road at 6 p.m. April 23.
7About $200 was taken during an armed robbery at Shell Gas Station, 4685 W. Bradley Road at 10 p.m. April 26. A male entered the store with a handgun, took the money from the register and fled on foot.
8A burglary was reported in the 8100 block of N. 47th Street during the day April 29. Pry marks were found on a rear door which was kicked open. Nothing was reported taken.
9A wallet was reported taken after being left on a chair at Advanced Pain Management,7950 N. Port Washington Road about 4 p.m. May 1. The wallet, valued at $50, contained $150 cash, a credit card and Social Security card.
10Two Milwaukee females, 17 and 18, were arrested for theft of clothing valued at $322 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive at 2 p.m. April 23. Employees saw the theft and stopped the two as they attempted to leave the store.
· A resident reported an attempted fraud after two calls from people posing as members of Microsoft's IT security saying his computer had been hacked April 24. He gave the first caller his VISA credit card number. In the second call, he was told to send $434 by Western Union to someone in India. That transaction was stopped before any money was sent and the credit card was cancelled.
11A 36-year-old Glendale man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia along with his 44-year-old brother, also of Glendale, for disorderly conduct, after police responded to 911 calls reporting the men fighting in the 2100 block of W. Woodbury Lane at 6:50 p.m. April 23. A crack pipe was found in the younger man's pocket. They were fighting over car keys.
12A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance and cursing during Glendale Municipal Court, 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, at 7:11 p.m. April 24. The man later apologized.
13A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of hash oil and felony identity theft, for giving a false name, after numerous complaints of barking dogs inside a room at LaQuinta Inn, 5110 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:40 a.m. April 25. Management called police and entered the room where they found two small dogs, a large bag containing marijuana and hash oil along with keys to a car where another duffle bag was found also containing marijuana. The man was in possession of 36.89 pounds of marijuana and $15,380.
14A St. Croix Ultra Elite 91/2 foot fly fishing rod and silver reel valued at $900 were taken from a car parked at the Kletzsch Park dam, 6560 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, about 12:30 p.m. April 25. The man had finished fishing, put the rod and reel in his car and walked back to the dam when the theft occurred.
15A catalytic converter was taken from a Ford pick-up truck in the 1700 block of W. Civic Drive sometime April 25 to 28. Damage and replacement was $1,000.
16A 61-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft and trespassing after taking two sets of sheets valued at $160 from Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 3 p.m. April 26. He had been banned from Bayshore because of a previous theft arrest.
17A Kindle Fire valued at $400 was taken from a secured room at LaQuinta, 5423 N. Port Washington Road, before 9:50 p.m. April 26.
18A jacket, key and iPhone valued at $650 were taken from the 4600 block of N. Elm Tree Road between 3 and 9 a.m. April 27.
19Four wheels valued at $2,000 were taken from a 2014 Honda Accord at David Hobbs Honda, 6100 N. Green Bay Avenue, between 6 p.m. April 26 and 7 a.m. April 28.
20Two men, 36 and 37, of Milwaukee and Greendale were arrested for armed robbery and being felons in possession of firearms after taking money from Jimmy John's, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 9:32 p.m. April 27. A witness saw the men with a doubled-barreled shotgun and called 911. The men drove off but were stopped by Whitefish Bay police in the 300 block of E. Silver Spring Drive and arrested.
21A handbag valued at $200 was taken from a locked car in the 5800 block of N. Port Washington Road before 8 p.m. April 28. Damage to a window was $200.
22A Coach purse valued at $200 and four Bebe sweaters valued at $400 were taken from a locked car at the Radisson Hotel, 7065 N. Port Washington Road, between 8 and 9 p.m. April 28. Damage was $200.
23A 2002 Dodge Intrepid valued at $3,000 was taken from the 2400 block of W. Silver Spring Drive overnight April 28 or 29. It was recovered with damage to the steering column in the 4300 block of N. 54th Street.

24A propane tank, valued at $60 was taken from an unlocked grill cabinet in the 1200 block of E. Glendale Avenue between April 20 and 26 and reported April 29.
25An adult male, age and residence not released, was arrested for trespassing after he was found in a women's bathroom at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive at 7 a.m. April 28.
26A window was broken to gain entry to a car parked at Harry's Bar And Grill, 3549 N. Oakland Avenue between 3 and 9 p.m. April 30. The car was ransacked but nothing taken. Damage was $250.
27An Xbox 360, 12 to 15 games and about 450 DVDs with a total value of over $2,500 were taken from the 3800 block of N. Farwell Avenue between 4 and 6:30 p.m. April 30. The owner reported she found out that most of the items had been pawned. There is a known suspect and the case is under investigation.
28A Mac Book Pro valued at $2,000 and a wallet and contents including credit cards and $10 were taken from a classroom at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. May 1. There is a suspect and the case is under investigation.
· A resident reported that his daughter's ID and social security number had been used fraudulently to file federal taxes April 28.
29A phone charger and other items valued at $39 were taken from a car in the 100 block of E. Chateau Place sometime April 27 to 29 and reported May 1. Damage to a door lock and the ignition cylinder was $350.
· A resident reported her phone number had been used fraudulently by a known person at two or more two car dealerships April 29. The resident put a fraud notification on her credit card accounts.
30A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for prowling after he was seen on private property hiding behind United Methodist Church, 819 E. Silver Spring Drive at 10:45 p.m. April 30.
31A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving at N. Lake Drive at E. School Road at 2:40 a.m. May 1. The man admitted he was intoxicated and had a preliminary BAC of 0.178. He was unable to give a final breath test and was taken for a blood draw.
